  • CTO1 type spring operating mechanism is the supporting equipment for XGN-12D AC metal-enclosed switchgear with a rated voltage of 12KV. This series of mechanisms uses flat scroll springs to control the operation of load switches, and the grounding operation is controlled by compression springs. The working positions are closing, opening and grounding. The closing and grounding are equipped with mechanical interlocks to prevent misuse. The product has the characteristics of moderate size, strong installation and applicability. The mechanism complies with the relevant requirements of GB/T3804- 2017 "3.6KV~40.5KV High Voltage AC Load Switch" and GB169262016 "AC High Voltage Load Switch Fuse Combined Appliance".

There is a mechanical interlock between the closing and opening operations and the grounding operation. In the opening (isolated) state, the closing or grounding can be operated. Once the operation is successful, the other operation will be blocked.
