    Basic requirements for distribution rooms

    The switchgear shall be installed in a dry, clean and ventilated distribution room. Since the installation and commissioning of the ring-network cabinet can be carried out on the front, the switch cabinet can be installed against the wall to save the floor area. If the ring-network cabinet is arranged face to face in two rows, the recommended width of the passage between the two rows of cabinets is not less than 1000mm. The dynamic load of the ring-network cabinet shall be considered in the foundation design. The embedded foundation channel steel shall be more than 10mm above the ground, and the construction of the installation foundation shall comply with the *GBJ147-90 Electrical Installation Engineering - Code for Construction and Acceptance of High Voltage Electrical Apparatus*.     Basic installation procedures and precautions

    1. Place the switchgear on the foundation in order, adjust the straightness and levelness, and fix the ring-network cabinet on the foundation channel steel with bolts or other methods; 2. Connect the cabinets with bolts to ensure that the cabinets are dosely connected, each unit is from the eyebrow to the bottom, and the door seam of each compartment is flush and beautiful; 3. When installing the insulated main bus, open the top cover plate, clean the switch top sleeve, press each section of bus tube on the sleeve base with a pressing plate in turn, adijust the size and then press it to ensure that the bus is in a free state before pressing, and avoid the harmful stress caused by the non-concentricity of each section of bus; The installation of insulated busbar directly affects the operation safety of the equipment. It must be operated by professional construction personnel according to the installation and operation instructions of bus coupler, and relevant electrical tests shall be carried out according to the acceptance test requirements after installation; After the test, pay attention to check whether there are tools or foreign matters left in the bus room.     Packaging/Transportation/Storage of products

    Ordering, transportation and storage
